If you have a saved video
Check the saved clip outside the platform. Text that is visible in those frames can be processed as image content. Upload the local file; this tool does not open a Story link or access drafts in your account.
If the Story is a photo
Use a still-image editor. This service accepts videos, not screenshots or photo uploads. Turning a screenshot into a video does not recover the information that was covered.
Inspect bars and moving stickers
The top-caption and moving-label examples show different regions to inspect. Look at the whole bar or sticker footprint, including shadows and translucent edges. Other visible text may change during automatic processing.
Check what the saved version can and cannot preserve
Removing a rendered sticker does not recreate the original editable object.
