Usage follows the included duration. A 30-second scene and a three-minute video need different balances even when they contain the same amount of text.

The confirmation shows the range covered by your credits. If your balance only covers the beginning of a video, only that beginning is processed and included in the download. To process a scene from the middle, trim it in another editor before uploading.
