Refund Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

Credit packs

An unused credit pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A pack is considered used once any credits from that purchase have been consumed.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel future renewal at any time. The current billing period is not prorated.

Annual subscriptions

An annual subscription may be refunded within 14 days only when none of its released credits have been used.

Processing failures

Credits consumed by a failed or timed-out task are returned automatically. If a system error is not reflected correctly, contact support and include the approximate task time. Do not send the source video by email unless support specifically requests it.

Visual dissatisfaction after a technically successful task is reviewed case by case and does not guarantee a cash refund or credit return.

Send requests to support@removesubs.com. Approved cash refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method.
